Here's how our return policy works:
To qualify for a return, customers must provide evidence of the print quality issue, such as photographs and a detailed description.
Returns are not accepted for customer-made errors, such as typos or design mistakes, or misordering the quantity. We encourage customers to thoroughly review their orders to ensure proper design (school mascot, crest, logo, etc.) is correct prior to finalizing order.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds or replacements will be provided for items deemed to have print quality issues after inspection by our team.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Shipping rates will be determined based on USPS shipping rates and will be applied accordingly.
