Publishing Chapter Procedures
As a principal, it's important to understand that each chapter must document its selection and dismissal procedures. Putting these procedures in writing and ensuring they are accessible to students, parents, and faculty members will enhance the transparency and professionalism of your chapter's operations. This practice also helps dispel any notions of secrecy surrounding your chapter's activities.

It is recommended that selection and dismissal procedures be published in any or all of the following:

Student handbook

Parent handbook or some form of parent communication

Faculty handbook

Chapter advisers have a responsibility to provide this information and facilitate its publication as called for in Article IX, section 4, of the GCC Constitution.
