Each chapter of the Game Changers Chapters (GCC) operates under the governance of two key documents: the GCC Constitution and local chapter bylaws.

The GCC Constitution, crafted by Game Changers administrators, serves as the foundational framework for GCC operations. While the day-to-day functioning of GCC is overseen by the dedicated team at Game Changers, strategic guidance is provided by the Board of Directors.

It is mandatory for all chapters to adopt and adhere to the provisions outlined in the Constitution, as per their agreement with the organization. The GCC Handbook and Adviser Resource Center serve as supplementary resources, offering further insight into the Constitution's contents, including guidance on formulating local bylaws. These resources also assist advisers in effectively applying the principles of the GCC Constitution within their respective chapters.
